By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the EduChecker platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

If you are using EduChecker on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

EduChecker provides AI-powered document verification services, including but not limited to:

• check_circle AI Pre-Check: Automated analysis of educational documents for signs of tampering, forgery, or AI generation
• check_circle Official Verification: Direct verification with issuing educational institutions
• check_circle Document management and reporting tools
• check_circle API access for enterprise customers

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice.

To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You may not share your account credentials or transfer your account to another person or entity without our prior written consent.

Our services are offered on a pay-per-use, bundle, or subscription basis as outlined on our Pricing page. By purchasing our services, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees at the time of purchase or as otherwise agreed
• Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for subscription plans if no verification credits have been used. For pay-per-check credits, refunds are issued if the system fails to process the document due to a technical error on our side. To request a refund, please contact support@educhecker.io.

Subscription Management

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with notice provided for subscription-based services.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Documents you upload for verification are handled in accordance with industry-standard security practices and are retained only for the period necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

All content, features, and functionality of the EduChecker platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models, are owned by EduChecker or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to the documents you upload. By uploading documents, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store those documents solely for the purpose of providing our verification services.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

EduChecker's analysis is a tool for preliminary assessment and should not be considered as the sole basis for legal or employment decisions. Our AI Pre-Check provides a probability-based assessment, not a 100% legal guarantee of authenticity. The final decision remains with the user, and EduChecker shall not be held liable for any decisions made based on the provided reports.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduChecker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Ukraine.
