Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. When you sign up, we automatically add 3 full AI checks to your balance so you can try EduChecker without entering a credit card. These free checks work like normal Step 1 fraud checks: you upload a document, get a fraud risk score and visual heatmap, and then decide whether you want to buy more credits or start a team plan. The free trial checks are granted once per account.

Do one-time credits expire?

What is the difference between one-time credits and team plans?
